Intern / Working Student Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

Dein neues Team:

As an Intern/ Working Student (m/f/d) in auxmoney’s Corporate Finance team, you will directly contribute to auxmoney’s growth and expansion strategy. You will support principally on M&A and other Corporate Finances activities across different stages: from market research and identification/analysis of potential target companies to execution of live transactions and post-transaction integration activities. You will directly work with the Director of Corporate Finance and have unique visibility and opportunities to collaborate with the management of the company and colleagues across the organisation.

Das erwartet Dich:

Perform industry analysis and review market trends
Support with research and profiling for potential M&A/ investment target companies
Participate in execution of all stages of potential transactions, including supporting on post-transaction integration activities (example of an international transaction completed in last 12months: https://www.auxmoney.com/en/press/auxmoney-acquires-majority-in-dutch-credit-marketplace-lender-spender/)
Work in an exciting entrepreneurship environment that combines the start-up mentality with the learnings of one of the most successful private-equity backed fintech companies in Europe
Hands-on experience in different strategic mansions interacting with highly experienced management, colleagues, investors and external advisors

Das bringst Du mit:

Enrolled student (m/f/d) and willing to commit for a minimum period of 3months for a full-time intern position and/or 6months for a working student position, starting from June 2024
High performing individual with self-starter mentality and a strong willingness to learn on the job and take responsibility
Structured, independent way of working and analytical thinking
Interest in Corporate Finance/M&A topics, with some first-hand professional experience in these topics
Proven proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel and PPT) and web/external database search
Strong communication skills at different levels of abstraction and across all hierarchical levels in English (mandatory) and German (preferred)
